Open your raffle page and tap the three-dot menu at the top right. Select the Draw option. The system will randomly select numbers from the available pool. You can draw one or multiple prizes if you have configured them in the Prizes section.

Inside your raffle, tap on any available number to assign it to a buyer. You can register a new buyer or pick from your existing contacts. You can also mark numbers as paid or reserved.

On the raffle page, tap the share button. You can generate a professional art image to post on social media and attract buyers.

Yes. Open the raffle and tap the edit icon. You can change the name, price, draw date and other details. The number count cannot be changed after buyers have been added.

PRO removes ads, unlocks raffles with up to 10,000 numbers, and allows unlimited raffles. You can see all benefits on the PRO page in your account.

Subscriptions are managed by your app store (Google Play or App Store). Go to your store's subscription settings to cancel. Your PRO benefits remain active until the end of the billing period.

No. All your raffles and data are preserved. You only lose access to PRO-exclusive features like removing ads and the higher number limit for new raffles.

Your name and photo come from your Google or Apple account. To change them, update your profile in your Google or Apple account settings.

Go to Account and scroll to the bottom. Tap 'Delete Account' in the danger zone. This action is permanent and removes all your data.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on another device and your raffles will sync automatically. Changes made on one device appear on all others.
