This Privacy Policy applies to the My Raffle app for iOS and to the myraffle.app website, together referred to as the "Service", developed by WallisonDev. The Service is ad supported and provided at no cost, intended for use as is. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless defined otherwise here.

Information we collect

To provide and improve the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information you provide when signing up, such as your name and email, through login.
  • Data about the raffles you create and manage, such as title, numbers, and participants.
  • Usage and diagnostic data, collected automatically by third-party services.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers, sent to your browser by the websites you visit.

On myraffle.app we use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's advertising cookie enables it and its partners to show ads to you.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or learn more at google.com/policies/technologies/ads. If you choose to refuse cookies, you may still use the Service, but some parts may not work properly.

Log data

Whenever you use the Service, in case of an error, we may collect data and information through third-party products, called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the date and time of your use.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Remember, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings inside the app, which removes your personal data and the raffles associated with it from our systems, except for information we must retain to comply with legal obligations. You can also request deletion by contacting us at support@wallisondev.com.

Legal basis for processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR (European Union) or the LGPD (Brazil) apply, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract, to create your account and provide the features of the Service.
  • Your consent, for advertising cookies and optional features, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Our legitimate interests, to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, when the law requires us to retain or disclose data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the account settings in the app or contact us at support@wallisondev.com.

If you are in Brazil, the LGPD grants you these rights, and you may also contact the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

International data transfers

The Service relies on providers such as Google and Firebase that may store and process data on servers located outside your country, including the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have data protection rules different from those of your country.

The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These sites are not operated by us, so we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
