These Terms and Conditions apply to the My Raffle app for iOS and to the myraffle.app website, together referred to as the "Service", developed by WallisonDev. By accessing or using the Service, these terms apply automatically to you, so please read them carefully before using it.
Use of the Service
You may not copy or modify the Service, any part of it, or our trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Service into other languages, or create derivative versions. The Service, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remains the property of WallisonDev.
WallisonDev is committed to keeping the Service as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes or to charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you for the Service without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
Subscriptions (PRO)
My Raffle offers an optional paid subscription called PRO. On iOS, the subscription is purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by the App Store according to Apple's policies.
Your responsibility
The Service stores and processes the personal data you provide in order to deliver its functionality. It is your responsibility to keep your device and your access to the Service secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security features and may cause the Service to not work properly.
You are responsible for the content of the raffles you create and for complying with the laws that apply in your region, including rules on prize draws and promotions. The Service is an organization tool and does not promote gambling.

The Service uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:
Connectivity and charges
Some functions of the Service require an active internet connection, via Wi-Fi or your mobile carrier network. We cannot be held responsible if the Service does not work at full functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi access or carrier charges, including possible roaming fees. Data usage and the corresponding costs are your responsibility.
Updates and termination
We may update the Service at any time. You agree to accept updates when they are offered to you. We may also stop providing the Service at any time, without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end, and you must stop using the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallisonDev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any disputes related to the raffles you create or take part in.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the Service will be subject to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted here.
